Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Frequently Asked Questions

I see something I love in your shop, but it is not in my size/I do not like the color/etc. Can I make a custom order?

Yes! Any products can be made as a custom order. Feel free to contact me :)

I have a specific item in mind that I would love to have, but it is not offered in your shop- do you take commissions?

I currently am open to taking commissions if it is something I am able to do, as far as time and materials. Contact me and we'll discuss it.

Why don't you use animal products/if I want something with wool would you make an exception?

I do not use animal products in my work because I choose to live a vegan lifestyle, therefore I choose not to buy wool or any other animal products or make a profit off of them. I apologize in advance, but I will not use any animal products for any items.
